Shipping Information
At ByNoora, we carefully prepare every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or Australian public holidays.
Shipping Rates
Australian Orders
- Standard Shipping (2–8 Business Days): AUD $11
- Express Shipping (1–4 Business Days): AUD $17
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all Australian orders over AUD $200
International Orders
- Standard International Shipping (6–27 Business Days): AUD $45
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, courier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We encourage customers to place orders well in advance if they require delivery by a specific date.

Duties & Taxes
International orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country’s customs website before placing an international order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or change shipping details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at checkout is accurate.
Lost, Stolen or Refused Packages
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the courier.
If your parcel is lost, delayed, stolen, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we will gladly assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
However, ByNoora cannot guarantee reimbursement for issues caused by the shipping provider.
Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return due to a manufacturing fault:
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email our customer support team with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and the fault
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ByNoora cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during the return process.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to remedies where products are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
